Wife and I went here for dinner. Great spot if you like vegetable based ramen. Highly recommend the Spicy Garnet, Creme Brulee Cheesecake and the Sake Verde. The service was also excellent.

I tried the salt-and-soy sauce ramen at this restaurant. While most places serve tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, this was exactly the kind of Tokyo-style ramen I used to eat back in the day. It was delicious and made me miss my family home in Japan. The flavor might be a bit mild for some Americans, but I highly recommend it to anyone who has experienced ramen in Japan. I hope you enjoy the authentic soy sauce, salt, and miso ramen here. We will definitely be coming back!

***EDIT 7/21*** Came back with a group of coworkers, excited to show them a spot I found however this time around the service and quality was truly disappointing. The restaurant was not as busy as my first visit however it took 40 minutes for my group of 6 to get all of our meals. There wasn’t clear communication from the staff regarding the delay. Meats in the bowls were served cold as well. When we asked if anything could be done regarding compensation such as removing the only appetizer we got removed from the bill, our server pushed back and said it wasn’t possible and that the reason for the delay was because the restaurant was busy with other big tables (we were the only “big” table, only of 6 btw). Our server came back and said the manager had agreed to taking off 50% of only the appetizer. Truly disappointing and embarrassing for me to bring my colleagues to have such a poor experience for a place I initially thought was great. We all agreed that we will not be returning. We had a really great experience here. The first thing that stood out was the portion size — not the oversized, overwhelming plates you usually see in Texas, but something much more balanced and enjoyable. It actually lets you appreciate the food instead of feeling stuffed halfway through. The ramen itself was excellent. You can tell the flavors are carefully crafted and not rushed. My wife had the pork ramen and I went with the shrimp, and both were honestly delicious. Rich, well-balanced, and very satisfying without being heavy. What really surprised us was the service. The waiter checked on us in a way that felt more like a high-end restaurant — attentive but not intrusive. He also gave us recommendations that genuinely helped us decide, which we appreciated a lot. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Great food, thoughtful portions, and service that goes above expectations.

Exceptional Ramen & Food. I haven’t had Ramen in a while and this was just so good and creamy. The kids menu was also really delicious and well priced. Will definitely come back. We had the Quartz Ramen and loved it. The pork was delicious.
